Panboola wetlands is an 84 hectare flood plain next to the small village of Pambula on the far south coast of New south Wales. It’s run by community volunteers and has well established walking tracks through fresh water billabongs and salt marshes. You always find a wide variety of birds and native animals and importantly a good cup of coffee and food are only a short stroll away in the historic centre of Pambula village. One of the great local spots for birding. GH
