Kings Canyon is stunning. Although our four days there were hot with 40 to 60 km winds. That meant very little wildlife other then an occasional dingo after dark, and a pretty difficult day on the 6 km Rim walk (read “climb”) in gale force winds over four hours of clambering up and down rocks. Suffering an injured ankle (somewhat fortuitously), I escaped that pleasure and left it to my partner, Kerry, duly acknowledged for her wonderful images below.
